General Terms and Conditions

• Trendura: The webshop based in the Netherlands, owner of www.trendura.nl
• Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Trendura
• Product: The item or service ordered by the customer
• Agreement: The purchase agreement between Trendura and the customer

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between Trendura and the customer.

Deviations from these conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

• • All offers are without obligation, unless stated otherwise.
• • All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• • Shipping costs are listed separately and are not included in the product price
• • Trendura reserves the right to change prices
• • Obvious errors in prices or product information do not bind Trendura

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and Trendura confirms this order by e-mail.

Trendura reserves the right to refuse orders or impose conditions on orders.

The customer will receive an order confirmation by email with all the details of the order.

• • Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop
• • The customer is obliged to pay immediately upon placing the order
• • In case of non-payment, Trendura reserves the right to cancel the order.
• • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

Trendura strives to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.

Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement, unless the delay is unreasonably long.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days after receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

After approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Trendura guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

If a product does not correspond to the agreement, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund.

Complaints must be reported to Trendura in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.

Trendura is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

Trendura's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Trendura is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the product.

Trendura respects the privacy of its customers and acts in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data will only be used to process orders and improve our services.

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Trendura and the customer.

Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.

If no solution is reached, the competent courts in the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction.
